All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info(@)sunnyju.com
- The Enrollment Fee of 500 EUR per level is non-refundable.
- Cancellations 30 Days Prior: If you cancel your participation at least 30 days before the event starts, you will receive a refund of your payment, excluding the non-refundable Enrollment Fee and a 50 EUR administrative charge.
- Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Prior: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event starts, or if you withdraw from the event any time after it begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY in case of force majeure ( i.e. COVID-19):
- If the event is impaired due to force majeure and cannot take place, we are not obliged to cover any damages or refund the ticket price. We reserve the right to change the date due to force majeure. In this case you can transfer your payment minus a 50 EUR administrative charge to a future event.
- If you cannot attend because you contract COVID-19 (doctor’s note and test result required) you can transfer your payment minus a 100 EUR administrative charge to a future event.
- If it is possible to attend but you decide not to attend for your own reasons, then the usual Cancellation Policy (above) applies.
